The Chelsea Tattoo Company is a Rising Dragon owned tattoo parlor located on the property of the world-renowned, Hotel Chelsea. It was Rising Dragon's first ground floor space after the tattooing ban was repealed in March of 1997. It's old school parlor design is of bricks, Italian tile floor, tattoo flash and wood. A warm home away from home with separate mostly-private tattoo rooms.
On staff are many artists ready for the spontaneous customer, and we have our Japanese tattoo master Horisei who was trained in Yokohama Japan in the traditional manner of strict discipline and many hours on the skin with both hand-poking (Tebori) and machine. Horisei offers the authentic japanese experience and is worth the wait.
Occasionally joining us will be guest artists from around the world, countries such as Italy, Spain or Japan.
